Told her not too short and to stop thinning so much!! So now i have RAT hair cus she didn't listen to me and did her way. She left my hair BOTCHED and unevenly chopped. This is seriously the worst haircut i've ever gotten from this place!!

This place was good to me when I first moved to Baytown, and I appreciated the service at the beginning. Unfortunately, after a recent experience, I’ve decided to find another barber. One of the ladies made me and my child feel unwelcome and ignored when we walked in, while others were greeted and helped. It wasn’t the older lady — she’s always been kind and professional. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I believe customer service should feel welcoming to everyone. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

If i can give a minus review i will give that . Giys please dont go here an old lady did my haircut today she completly messed up with my hair . Her hands were shaking when she was giving haircut i felt so disappointed i asked her a very simple haircut and she messed it up as well i dont understand how she got a job over there . She was just experimenting she doesnt even know how to properly cut the hair evenly this is so far the worst greatclips ive ever been to ( i uploaded what she did to my hair ( pre and post haircut )

Today my first time visit there for cut my hair cut. I paid 19$ for men hair cut less than 10 mins she’s done my hair. I notice when I came home after shower, my hair not straight and side not straight all crooked. I’m regret I paid over 50% tip the older lady. I’m very dissatisfied her job. My hair messed and not even. Whoever own this shop please make sure check your worker do right. If this can continue you will loose business for sure. Good lock
