Great Clips

I go to the great clips in Smyrna typically, where the staff is incredibly kind and do a great job. I was near the Mableton location and decided to pop in. WHAT a difference. I was not even greeted . The woman just stared at me as if I was ruining her day for being there. I left immediately. I refuse to pay for poor customer service.

I love to come to Great clips I feel more than a customer whenever I walk through the door. All the stylists are very pleasant , polite and kind, respectful, and courteous. They understand Exactly what is needed when it comes to my hair and hair care. I have no problems recommending great clips to everyone I know.

Sierra is a GREAT stylist. I had a dramatic change in length/style. Think long, thick and curly to short and easy to manage. She understood how I wanted it cut, then took her time making it one of the best haircuts I've ever had! Would definitely recommend!

Just got my sweet toddler's haircut this morning and had an entertaining and great experience. I wish I had gotten the name of our stylist. We bonded over shared feminist beliefs after a male customer wasn't sure how to act like a human. She handled the situation so well when the man made snide remarks. She did a beautiful hair cut on my daughter and we will definitely figure out what her name is so we can have her next time. Overall we are delighted.

I love coming to this location, Nikki is such a sweetheart. I never have an issue here. She is the only person in this area I have cut my hair. Thank you Nikki
