Check-in using App is so convenient and wait time upon arrival is minimal. My stylist is Katelyn, she always gives me the cut I want without question and she is very personable. I appreciate all the stylists at this store,

I'll never go to another great clips again. I'm 41 and this was my first big chop and that lady played in my hair. At the last snip, she turned me around and asked how was it. I was so horrified I just said ok and got up to pay and left. The lady didn't even try to comb the last piece she cut down. I understand there is a $20 style fee, but to just comb a piece down?!? Nope. The low cut price really is too good to be true.

If you want a hair cut a ballcap can cover go here. I have a stylist Erica specific instructions and failed to follow that too. I specifically asked for hair to be over the ear since i prefered to have wings over my ears. When I told her what I wanted for the beard she told me "I hate beards". 0/10 if I could make it 0 stars i would. Unless your military, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone..

I wanted a tapered fade and this is what I got! Didn’t clean me after! On top of this bad haircut, I was treated like a dirt. Jasmine (hairdresser) kept complaining that I got a lot of hair!! Another hairdresser looked at me and then talked to Jasmine about how she likes to get in a king-sized bed together with Jasmine where no male involved!! That’s a very inappropriate thing to say in-front of your customers! Worst experience ever! I’ve been a regular Great Clips customer no matter where I am. But now I’ll never step a foot inside any of their branches. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T COME TO GREAT CLIPS

I will never come there again after the video I saw of your employee Jessica. She is a cruel human being and the way she screamed at the homeless lady was hateful. I believe in karma and we can only hope she gets treated the same way. God Doesn’t like Ugly.
