I’m new to the area but have been having my hair cut done at great clips for a while. This location in Atascadero is filled with great people but Donna is especially kind and skilled in her craft. She helped me navigate the best way to cut my thinning hair and I got to say she understands the assignment! I love my new cut. Thanks Donna!
We’ve been going here for years, stylist are great, unfortunately the wait times have become outrageous. We use the app to check in, when we get there we are still waiting for 30 min plus. Two ladies cutting hair, 85 min wait. Please hire more. This is crazy.
Today I had a wonderful haircut experience with Donna . She was quick , asked the right questions when it came to the haircut . Very friendly of course (all the girls here are) and also funny/fun to talk with . I’m giving them 5 stars because I always enjoy my time here and they engage with the customers at a 5 star level . And my haircut looks fresh ;)
Looong wait. App sucks. I reserved ahead. App tells me 19 minutes. Says to leave 15 minutes out. Get there and it's 5 minutes out... All is well. Then there's 5 people waiting in front of you, and 1 of the 2 stylists has to take lunch for 30 minutes. I'm an hour into my wait. What a joke. Great Clips corporate doesn't give a damn about my time, or yours. Do better. Hair cut is fine.
If you have disabilities i would about at all cost the way i was treated yesterday who know s how me other people treated the way i was. Walk-in welcome them i am told i have down load app to get hair cut i just had back surgery 1st time in 6 weeks got out of it took every ounce of energy just to sit and be ignore. This place is definitely not ADA compliant if they were they would of help me come through the front door instead i struggle getting the door open and trip but i caught my fall that alone would of put me back in the hospital. I sat there for 45 mins watch people coming in and out with a bunch of kids haircuts. I decide after being treated that i went and told the lady that i certainly hope they don’t does this to all disabled people. They will get my service. I found another pla
