Great Clips

Long time customer of this shop. Like the on line sign-in to keep the wait time minimal. I usually just take the stylist that is in cue and it usually works out just fine. Today I caught Katie for the first time and she did a really nice cut. She was very personable and discussed the details she was performing to make sure she was getting the look I was after. Look forward to catching her in cue in the future.

My boyfriend got a haircut on December 15th around 9-10:30 (he forgot the female stylists name) this is the WORST HAIRCUT IVE EVER SEEN!!!! he wanted a little trim and she gave him a choppy, uneven and odd looking MESS!!!! His left side is cut shorter than his right and some chunks are just straight missing. It’s God awful. Where did she get her license?! because it should be REVOKED AND SHE SHOULD BE FIRED. Her customer service was horrible as well! She barely spoke to him and was rude when she did. -10000/10 experience and i wish i could give this place negative stars. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE GREAT CLIPS, THAT STYLIST DOESNT EVEN DESERVE TO BE CALLED ONE. FIRE HER!!!! DISGUSTING!

Katie was wonderful! She was thorough and made sure to communicate regarding what she was doing throughout the entire haircut. Nothing felt rushed, and I am very satisfied with how the haircut turned out. I would happily trust her with my haircut again in the future!

Absolutely disgusted after my last visit here. Politics have do not belong in a place of business. It’s completely disgusting to hear one of the hair stylist discussing Charlie & Erika Kirk and Trump with a client. Super unprofessional. Absolutely disgusted, wish I could give 0 stars.

So it snowed a tiny bit this morning and MGMT thought it a good idea to close an hour early so everyone can get home safe. Great idea, if it was still bad at 2:30 3:00 when they are supposed to close at 4. Well conditions got a lot better. All the snow melted and the roads were salted by 1 or 2 o'clock. So I walk in at 3:05 and see the sign that they close at 3. Got turned down for a service that was supposed to be available until 4pm on Sunday, when it wasn't even close to the conditions being bad enough to get the roads too bad to drive on. In fact the sun was shining and there wasn't a cloud in the sky. While typing this review, as of 3:20 I've watched not 1 but 2 handfuls of people go in and turn right back around.
