Great Clips

I've gone to this location a few times and was always met with professionalism and great hair cuts. This last time was different. I had gone to a different location to get my haircut and had my hair utterly butchered. I walked into the Vogel location a few hours later and asked if they could save my hair from the hack job. I left with tears in my eyes from how good I looked. I really can't thank this location enough and I don't think I'd ever go to a different location again after that experience. They're fast, kind, and professional.

I checked in through the app. I walked in and they were ready for me. The beautician was very nice and did a great job. One suggestion is to offer more coupons. Great clips coupons are hard to come by.

Walked in with plans to get a haircut on a budget, thought I had a coupon from facebook but apperently it wasnt valid when I get to the store. Not one of the ladies were helpful at all on trying to find one that could help me out or showing me or explaing to me on why it wasnt valid or how I get one that is. This happened to me once before and they were able to honor it or they helped me find the right one. But this time I was mostly ignored once I was asking for their assistance and not immediately walking back. I only had $20 the rest would have went to the lady cutting but instead I left dissapointed without a cut.

Very disappointed in great clips. Have my families hair cut there all the time and have always been a good experience. Their website is inaccurate stating they do hair styling updos. My daughter is a flower girl in a wedding today. It’s a bit of a shot gun wedding so not much time to schedule an appointment. Saw on their site they do the hair styling thought perfect no appointment needed, day of wedding find out they in fact do not do styling in any form and now my daughter won’t have her hair done at all. Update your website because people make a plan based on that information. I’m sure this has ruined a lot of events for people. Called 3 different great clips and all state hair styling updos and none of them do styling even just simply curling her hair. So upset about it I will probably

Usually am satisfied but hardy ever get the same stylist and some of them don't hear well and cut hair the they want and not what the customer wants.
