Great Clips

The staff was so friendly! I brought pictures with me and my stylist, Muna, explained that it won't look exactly like the picture without styling and a bunch of other stuff to make sure I understood what she was going to do to my hair and answered every question I had. I'm used to going from long to really short, so she was super careful not to cut too much off and kept checking with me as we went, cutting it even shorter when I asked. I totally understood the caution, and while I like it short, I do like specific details in my hair, so I appreciated it so much! She even offered to take a picture of my hair for future stylists' reference. I will note that she was apparently a newer stylist, but her boss came over to check on my hair before we finished and it was basically perfect except f

I hate to wait in lines and the Great Clips app allows me to see the wait times and join the queue at the salon that works best for me. That said, I've always given the same instructions: "clipper the sides and back with a 1 and 1/2 guard fading into a 2, trim the top accordingly, I'm going to close my eyes, just push my head around as needed" and I always walk away with a great haircut, no matter who cuts my hair.

Jamie did my hair. It looks terrible. After the haircut she said this is what I wanted. I requested layered but she went to far....Im very disappointed. She tried to fix it and cut more hair in the middle .This is the worst hair cut I ever had. I dont even want to go to out anymore.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had. Could’ve done a better job myself with a pickle n’ a sponge. Took approximately 5-minutes, kept getting bumped into by a belly, my whole head was dripping with water, uneven attempted fade that I didn’t ask for. Who the heck lets this guy do hair? I look like a pumpkin! He was rude from my entry, didn’t speak once even though I tried to have a civil discussion with him.

Jamie & her team are nothing less than TOP notch. Amanda is HEAVEN sent. I can not give enough praise for all that she and others did today💯💞 Thank you from the bottom of my heart❣️
