London did such an amazing job with my very difficult head of hair today!!! Very professional, patient, and skilled with thick, curly, matted hair. Highly recommend!!! The price was only because it took two hours and I have very long, thick, curly hair. Thank you London and Great Clips for all of your help today! Looked and felt like a new lady leaving the salon! 🥰🤗

The lady who cut my hair was in a hurry. She was watching the time - close to 5. Didn't even blow the hair from my back- I had a lot of cuttings when I went out and didn't like my hair. I still have her a tip but will never come back in this location.

I told her the stylish what I wanted and wanted my hair cur and washed she said it would be fine ask about eyebrows waxing she said they do it I said I wanted it done she trim them that was it.

Brought my son in to get a cut was told they close at 4pm the lady was rude when wanting to leave early and that there was a 45min wait this was around 245pm when we walked in. The stylist clearly doesn't enjoy her job. When asked how we wanted the cut she became rude asking if anything else special needed done. All around employees were rude and clearly not wanting to do business.

Not a good location. I got a hair cut and it is very uneven. There are chunks that are half an inch longer than the rest. My hair is wavy and short, so I couldn't tell until I got home and compared lengths with my fingers. Stylist was pleasant, but now my head is lopsided.
