Jayden is our son’s stylist and she is absolutely amazing. She has been cutting his hair for about 6 months and we will not go to anyone else. He was only 18 months the first time she cut his hair and he was very squirmy. She was very patient and kind. She lets him play with the combs, feel the vibration of the clippers so he is comfortable, and she anticipates his squirmy movements. His hair always comes out great. She is even prepares for our next visit and they are both so excited to see each other. Thank you for always being so exceptional, Jayden!

Flor did an amazing job on my son’s hair. He is only 20 months old and she did an excellent job his haircut turned out better then ever. She was really sweet, kind, and patient with us. If you have a small child who needs a clean haircut I recommend Flor!

I have come to the conclusion that while the Upland location is excellent, this one not so much. I had a couple mediocre experiences here of feeling like maybe the staff at this location wasn't as well trained that I overlooked because I had such a positive impression of the brand. However, after my experience last Wednesday (9/3/25) I won't be coming back to this location again. I'm still happy with Upland. So I came in last Wednesday. I had a perm about a month ago and it's been feeling a little dry and frizzy. I thought maybe it had some dead strands that could use removing, but I'm not a professional so I wasn't sure if the hair was dead or just relaxing out of the perm. I came in right after 8am and the older black lady, who's waited on me before, was the only stylist in there. I ex

Almost always happy with the results of my cuts here, unfortunately today was an exception. I did not get the stylist's name, but the haircut time was considerably shorter than ones I usually get here, and as a result it just looks rushed and sloppy. That, coupled with the other stylist giving her unprompted opinion of non-binary people and her refusal to say "they/them", made me very uncomfortable with the idea of returning to this establishment, which is disappointing as many of the stylists here are fantastic and have given me great haircuts.
