Great Clips

I have been going to Great Clips for over 15 years never had someone like today,my head still hurts from the pulling and comb down to my scalp. He ware so rough. I couldn’t wait to get out of his chair 10 minutes of hell I should have stoped him and left but with a half of a job and didn’t want to make a scene.no tip and I didn’t even want to pay for the cut never again will I put up with this.20.$ and my head hurts!!!!!

Great place to have a haircut done in US at a reasonable cost. Hairstylist are good, kind, welcoming and high skilled at most of the branches at least in Oregon.

She made my experience there AWFUL and harassed ME and Brandy while Brandy was trying to complete my hair cut. Pamela is extremely unprofessional. She refused me service because she “couldn’t do it” when I wanted a pretty simple hair cut, so she passed me off to Brandy then was mad at me that I was there til after 7. I got there an hour before closing and was on the list since 5:30pm. It was the worst experience of my life. Brandy was amazing and handled it extremely professionally. SHE needs to be the manager.
