Great experience overall! I checked in on the app, and the wait time was even less than it originally said. Lakisha did a great job cutting my hair and personalized it well based on my hair type! Will definitely come back for my next haircut :)

I can't remember the name of the woman who cut my hair (I'm sorry!) but she was wonderful. I'm very indecisive when it comes to getting my hair cut, but she was patient and let me examine multiple options. It was overall a good experience, and now that I've had my hair cut twice here, I feel comfortable coming back with no hesitation. Staff is very friendly, prices are reasonable, and there's usually only a short wait without an appointment, although it definitely benefits you to set one.

The lady who cut my hair last damaged it badly.. it appears that her thinning shears were dull because my beautiful very healthy hair is now very split and I told her that I did not want long layers and she did not listen. So now my hair will take forever to grow back. I’m so disappointed.

Great Clips is usually my go to place for a haircut. Not anymore. Lady that did my hair today chopped off my bangs after she was told not to. It seemed like she was barely paying attention. It took me 4 months to grow my bangs out that long. Now I have to start over. Do not recommend.
