I thought i pre-registered Cody in but when i got there they couldn't find it so i guess i didnt do it right but she put us in anyway, but she was really sharp and acted like No you didnt do it right or you did it at a different store !! ,the one that cut his hair was great ,This is the second time GreatClips cut his hair 😍
My hair turned out great and I felt like I was in great hands with my curly hair
Horrible haircut. Showed the woman in a scrunchie a picture of a fade for my son and she gave him a long buzz cut. We will not be back, and we have been customers here for a while.
30 minutes after receiving a text to "walk right in", my FIL with Parkinson's was still waiting to be seen. People filing in and magically, there are "only two people" ahead all of them! Meanwhile the girls are talking more than cutting hair. Unprofessional and rude.
I went to get my haircut this morning, I did not make an appointment (my fault) the individual who took my name and information was very sweet, told me it would be an hour wait. Not a problem, I had errands to run, she advised I’d receive a text when wait time was close to 15 minutes. I received a text confirming that I would receive a text when the wait was at 15 minutes. This was at 10:57 am… it’s now 3:23 pm and I’ve still not received a text. I went to Walmart Hair Salon, got in shortly after my arrival, staff were fantastic, haircut was great. I will never go to Great Clips again.
