I’m just disappointed. I never write reviews unless they are great. But this one is has been sitting with me for a month before I decided I just have to. It was my daughter’s first haircut at a salon, she was very excited as she has very long hair and picked out her haircut for her picture day the next day. 1. Her hair looks absolutely nothing like she wanted/asked for. 2. She was her ‘last customer’ and her experience was ‘rough’ she held herself from crying from how much she was pulled and cried once we left the salon. 3. This place was chosen because I believed for a good haircut it’s better to go to a place with good reviews who does all cuts vs. regular kids trims at a kids saloon. I wanted her to have a good haircut. We paid $50 or $60 for haircut with wash and blowdry to have it sty

I have been a customer of Gravity for under a year. Every time I have gone it has been a pleasant experience. Joe cuts a very short and stylish cut for me. Each and every time it has been exactly what I have envisioned. The color I get is always perfect. I have gone to each location- Plymouth Meeting- Ambler and Flourtown- all clean and very comfortable.

I had a blowout booked with another local salon that was cancelled when i arrived. I called Gravity and they were able to accommodate me and squeeze me right in despite being fully booked! The blowout was amazing and the staff was so nice and accommodating. Will definitely be back and would suggest this salon to anyone!

My experience with Gravity hair salon is Amazing. I was looking for a new salon and i found the best hair experience I have ever had. I have very curly hair and know this can be a challenge for some stylists. But not for Joe. I was extremely impressed with his curly hair knowledge and booked an appointment for a style.. that went incredibly well so I quickly booked an appointment for color. My color has never looked more natural and my hair did not go into “shock” after Joe did the color application… it was healthy. Next I booked a curly haircut with Joe. I was overwhelmed at how beautiful my curls are and how much more curl definition and pattern they have. My hair has not looked this thick and full in years… Joe is amazing.
