Gratify U Nails Spa

I wanted to love this place, I really did. I gave Gratify U nails numerous tries with different manicurists before finally posting my honest review. First of all, I felt even uncomfortable to post a review because I have seen how the owner responded to other people. I do not always believe the 'customer is always right' motto, but there needs to be some level of professionalism that is simply not there. The nails are a hit or miss here-- sometimes they turn out great and sometimes not-so-great. The worst part is that as a client, I feel like you can't make a critique because the owner will make you feel like it was your problem that your nails came out incorrectly. this place was quaint and clean. everyone was friendly. i was very relaxed. i got hard gel with tips. i think the girls name who did my nails was karina. she has a great attention to detail, very sweet she didnt rush or go crazy with the e-file like some people do which i appreciated. she is very talented i love how my design came out. my nails arent too thick of thin. and cant complain about prices. not more expesnive than other salons. and to top it all off they push back your cuticles put oil, massage with lotion and the hot towel which to me is the best part that i feel like alot of places forget it's details like that that matter. I will most definitely be going back.

Such a wonderful and relaxing experience getting my nails done with Karina. She took her time and made it super relaxing by not rushing through and causing any pain. Such attention to detail as well!! Best experience I’ve had getting nails done in a long time.
