Kayia did an excellent job. Not only did she get me in last minute, but she listened to my concerns and even got a second opinion from the owner to meet my hair goals. She took her time and the results were exactly what I wanted! Side note, because of time, she had an assistant, Ana, help out and she also did a fantastic job of styling my hair.

This was my first time at Grassroots and Kelby was just exceptional. Very friendly and professional. And I am obsessed with my haircut. She did exactly what I asked for and it honestly looks better than I expected. She gave me a few styling tips to help with volume and was overall amazing.
