Veronica was awesome! She was honest, friendly, and fair. She fixed my bad haircut and had really great products to offer at a very reasonable price. Not to mention she taught me how to style my hair, which I've never had a stylist do. Oh, and we can't leave out Buckee! He really stole the show and was very well mannered! I will absolutely be coming back, I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service! Thanks so much!

Unfortunately, our experience here was very disappointing. My sister went in asking to go blonde, but her hair came out blue, gray, and brown — and the top was completely fried. The owner was kind and offered to apply a color remover, but my sister (who went through cosmetology school) knew that would only make the damage worse, so she politely declined, paid, and left. We truly appreciate how sweet and understanding the owner was, but the end result was devastating. My sister’s hair is so damaged that she can’t use any heat or style it, and she’s now considering a wig while it recovers. It cost her $150 for something that will now take months (and more money) to repair. We’re sharing this not out of anger, but disappointment. Veronica gave me a fabulous curly perm! She really takes time to listen, and then shares her knowledge and skill. I am so pleased with the results and looking forward to scheduling with her in the future!
