GrandLux Nails Salon

I am so happy I found this salon. After a few years at my last salon my regular nail tech left. I kept getting put with impatient people or techs that didn’t take their time making sure my nails were even or smooth. A friend referred me to Grand Lux, specifically Stella! This salon is clean, kind, efficient, manageable in cost and most importantly NOT PUSHY! Scheduling is always easy and you’re always met with a genuine smile and care! Stella is incredible. I do a basic dip nothing more and she’s fast but never makes a mistake. My nails last quite awhile without breaking, they are smooth, perfectly shaped and i feel good when I leave. You won’t regret trying them out!

I do want to start off by saying they tried, but the experties were not there. I wanted acrylic nails French tip for a special event. I gave this place a chance, and I was not happy with the results. I will attach the picture of what I wanted and the results I got. I don't think with pedicures, I shouldn't have paid $125 for everything with a 15% discount if it is not what I wanted. I felt like I was rushed, and the guy who did my nail could not do the design I wanted. He offered me to come back so someone could finish up, but after this experience, I'm not coming back. I don't recommend it they don't go with what you ask for.

I was very excited to try this place as many of my neighbors recommended it. The place itself was very clean, the nail tech was very friendly however she was extremely rushed when doing my nails, causing poor work. I went in with gel nails and their method of removing existing gel is filing the top coat and adding a “magic gel remover,” which in my opinion doesn’t work as well as the normal acetone and foil method. You can see on one of the photos where the yellow (which is what I had) is still visible. In the past, when getting a manicure they would use a hot towel towards the end and I didn’t even get that but my friend, which got a gel manicure did. I’ve been going to Grandlux Nails since it opened. The manager, Heather, is polite and professional every time I go. If you want a great pedicure ask for Holly!! She takes her time and is thorough. For manicures, V, is the one to ask for!! Her attention to detail is top notch.
