Grand Nails

I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said okay then as she putting the nails on and started shaping I told her I didn’t like it and I want my nails shorted and make the stiletto nail sharper she said with an attitude I’m not done filing and then the finishing is still not wut I want then I also told her I want her the switch the rhinestone to my middle fingers she got mad and did wut she wanted and put the rhinestones on one of my middle fingers and the other on my pointer finger

Horrible horrible horrible. customer service poor I literally went in there and showed her exactly what I wanted and she messed up my nails then she charge me $20 extra to remove the polish in to change the colors That she messed up on also had to wait at least an hour to get service I wouldn’t recommend ever and she’s the owner of the salon. The best in S FL. Linda is great at what she does and is very nice. The price point is not bad, I pay $65 for pedi, acrylic and gel polish

Do NOT go to this salon. I was charged $25 for a polish change on my hands. Ridiculous! The place was empty when I got there and looked cluttered and run down. That was a sign that something wasn't right. I used to go to this place years ago. Wow have things changed. I will never go back to this place, just like the many customers who clearly stopped going as well. Now I know why. Terrible business practices.
