Tina is the absolute best! She is detail-oriented, professional, and my nails always look flawless and last weeks without lifting. The appointments are relaxing and she truly cares about her work. Highly recommend if you want beautiful, high-quality nails!

Called and made an appointment this morning and the guy said they had plenty of space, guy kept coming over to me and saying one more minute 6 times and to the point we got irritated. They were very rude. My best friend got her nails done, and several people went ahead of me. i waited 40 minutes and wanted an acrylic full set.. safe to say we will never come back.

This Salon saved me .. sounds silly its not ! Thea who runs this Salon is exceptional in her customer service ! As a rivertown resident this salon serves a large area of St Johns . Not just women I see men getting pedicures all the time ! Thea is welcoming knows every customer by name and something about them . She runs this salon so effortlessly with so much class and personality. Thea Really cares about the customers and the employees. I came into the store in a really bad place in my life. She stayed open later to give me a pedicure and a manicure and talk to me . The staff is all friendly and professional. If you do decide to try Grand Nails make a appointment, they are busy! This salon is a welcoming place and I feel a part of the community. I will be a customer for life !!

This nail salon is my favorite nail business by far! I absolutely adore my nail technician Lena. She is professional, patient, kind and knowledgeable on all of the services provided. I highly recommend this nail salon to everyone!
