Grand Nails Lounge Ocotillo

I have been to so many salons across the US and I have finally found my new home. Hannah is PHENOMENAL. I have long natural nails I have dipped and she was patient, knowledgeable on the health of my nail, and precise with the color matching my skin tone and the shape I wanted. Everyone in the salon, from the minute you walk in the door until you check out, is attentive. The salon is beautiful and very clean. I can’t say enough great things about the experience I had!! Customer service is THE most important thing I look for when I go anywhere and Grand Nails Ocotillo definitely delivers!

Followed my nail tech Jess to this nail location! Super cute and the girls up front were very warm and welcoming! If you’re looking for someone who knows her nails and is a color queen Jess is your girl! She is so inviting in her space and her personality shines through her work! She is definitely one of the best techs I’ve had! My builder gel has been nothing short of amazing and my nails always feel better after seeing her! She is must have tech!

Grand Nails does an awesome job! Starting with the welcoming gals at the front desk (always sweet), offering you, water, wine or champagne when you take your seat, and they always make your experience nice. Jay (Manicure) and Courtney (Pedicure) are my favorite nail techs for sure! Always feel very well taken care of with these two. They do a great job!
