Grand Nail Spa

This is my favorite nail salon in the area. I have been coming here for the last 5 years consistently. However...I do have a suggestion. The last two times I got my nails done, other customers ruined my experience by being on their phones with speakerphone on. I heard a whole conversation about a woman's workplace drama for 45 min and just today I heard a young girls conversation that included derogatory words and talk of weed smoking. I do wish there were signs up asking customers to please keep phone conversations to a minimum so that other clients can enjoy their experience as well.

Absolutely terribly embarrassing nails. I asked for a simple blended glitter design for my wedding nails and the worker put a straight line of silver glitter over pink nail polish. I even asked him to blend it more. The image on left is what I got and the right is what I asked for. Never come here!

This is a great spot with plenty of tables for your manicure & pedicure needs. They also have a room for waxing as well. I’ve not had to wait when I’ve just walked in but appointments are appreciated. This nail salon is well maintained and the parking lot that’s attached has plenty of parking. Nail prices have gone up but no more than every other salon out this way. They do offer fancy pedi’s, regular, no chip mani & pedi’s. They sterilize their equipment and have updated massage chairs for the pedi’s. The interior is well designed, there are TV’s on the wall & upbeat music plays in the background. I've been coming here on/off for several years, had reasonably great experiences, rarely write reviews or give feedback, but my service tonight deserves being shared. After calling to share feedback with the manager post-appointment and receiving an "I'm sorry" with no offer to do anything, here we are. I made an appointment and came in this evening before my work trip tomorrow. I wanted to unwind with a classic mani/ pedi and the entire time was being upcharged. Strike 1. The second strike was the 4 times my cuticles on my feet and hands were cut and blamed on my "dry skin". The cherry on top? Usually always come here and most of the time never have an issue, but today we came in 3 people 2 acrylic sets and 3 pedicures. Pedicures were fine..acrylic nails on the other hand. One of the ladies couldn’t even do a french tip set which you would think is the basic minimum, but I guess not? But that’s okay we said we’ll just leave the base color as is. When she picked up her hands and all the fingers are cut. Not only were they bleeding the shapes are all off and bumpy. I wouldn’t recommend coming for nails at all unless you wanna leave with a bad set and a painful experience…
