Grand Nail Spa

I loved this place, the work is amazing. Nails, pedis were my go to here since I was 15yrs old, I’m 29 now. With previous owner of course and I still stuck when they switched owners. Lately every time I go to get my nails done (the past 4months) everytime they are so harsh doing my nails, to the point where they cut me at-least 2 times or more and they are careless about it. Past nails I got was 1 week ago and I got cut 2 times with one being a deep cut, and I had to ask nail tech for alcohol because I was bleeding. And she still wanted to go over my cut with file, I had to tell her no. I just wished they cared more for the price they charge the care is just not there. I paid $70 for just short almond French tip nails, which that is not the problem just giving you guys a price that I usual

I came in as a walk-in with a friend who recommended the salon, and I was impressed with the quality of work. Derek worked on my nails and was very attentive to the concerns I’ve had with my nails, coming from other salons. He educated me on what I should look for when getting my nails done. I am very happy with how he shaped my nails the first time and I did not have to ask him to reshape- which I have to do often at other salons. I also did a quick color change on my toes. My friend, her daughter, and I was in and out in about an hour. Will be returning soon!

I had no issues with the facility or the staff other than they spoke very little English but the workmanship left a lot to be desired. My first nail broke a day after the visit. The second nail three days later and the third a week later and to top it off my DESIGN THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR, FELL OFF THREE DAYS AFTER THE VISIT (see photo), absolutely not acceptable! Nails take long enough to get done I don’t want to have to come back and get them fixed. So no I did not return for a fix I just went to my normal facility at Blush nails off Cooper in Arlington for a MUCH BETTER result! Go see Hannah there she is the BEST!! I will wait for an appointment with her from now on, no trying out any other places!!

I’m super picky with how my nails look and Amy never fails. I show her what I want and she delivers every time! Everyone is super friendly and greats you with a smile. 10/10

I do not recommend going here the quality of work is not good! My nails where not cut and shaped as asked short and round not square. The paint is messy looking missing in spots and rough to the feel, oh and extremely crooked making my toenails look crooked. Then on top of that they up charge with out Disclosure. So in the pedicure section it states polish included said nothing else. I didn’t want to be mean to the lady she was so sweet and I hate leaving this review but the manager very rude. Tried to tell me the up charge is listed in menu but here is the thing it’s listed in the Ala-Cart section under polish change no were in the pedicure menu does it state that, also in menu it’s $5.00 they were charging $7.00. The manger just had to show me the menu bc I was wrong for disputing the p
