I spent $350 at this location. The cashier didn’t even acknowledge me when I got to the counter. Although this complaint seems small, the customer service I experienced today is the reason I’d rather drive out of my way to Remy co. I don’t believe your cashier has your business’ best interest in mind while on the clock, because this is the most basic task in any customer service position. I’d love to see a friendlier, more welcoming, face at the register if/when I come back. * Usually when I come to this location one of the owners help me- he’s very nice and helpful. My experience today was definitely a surprise; but based off other reviews, I see it’s an ongoing problem. Ok luv you, byeeeee #support small business

I will never shop here again. We were treated like thieves soon after we got there. There were 3 cashier's I believe the man was the owner watched me and my 2 daughters as we shopped. When you ask the people behind the counter they tell you that they don't think they have a product instead of checking their inventory on the computet. Worst shopping experience I've had in a long time.

I purchased a wig glue, the Ebin black bottle, from this store after it was recommended by the owner of the store. After one week I am having a severe allergic reaction from the glue after only using it one time. I called the store and spoke to a worker and explained the situation and asked if anything could be done, really I was just hoping to pay the difference on a higher priced glue. She said no and said I needed the receipt. I told her I have the transaction on my Cashapp to show and still no. I feel like as an establishment selling a product, whether it’s a different brand not, you hold some type of accountability. Will never shop here again:)

I just left this hair store, and my experience at the cash register was very disappointing. The young lady at the counter did not acknowledge me at all—no greeting, no “hello,” not even a simple acknowledgment of my presence. Instead, she continued chatting with her friend and completely ignored the customer in front of her. This is extremely rude and unprofessional. I sincerely hope the manager sees this and reminds the staff that acknowledging customers is basic courtesy and good customer service.

I will never shop here again . They charged my card two times & then refused to refund the payment even after the bank confirmed with them that they charged me twice & then they tried to gaslight me & say the refunded the money back but wouldn’t show a receipt or give me any type of proof . My bank even tried to get them to refund me so I didn’t have to dispute & the store still refused thankfully I disputed & was able to get my money back but no one should have to deal with that . It’s giving scammers . Taking advantage of your customers
