You should be fine shopping here as long as you know exactly what you want and don't have to deal with asking the employees any questions. I've been here several times and though they have beautiful wigs I have to say the young African American ladies there clearly lack basic customer service skills and seem to always have somewhat of an attitude that gives they dont want to assist customers. For example, everytime I ask for assistance they'll literally just answer my question and walk away not even anticipating any other questions I may have. There's never a greeting or any type of friendliness. Ever since I've discovered Waba's which is not that far from them, I've been going to them instead. They may have a limited wig options but their customer service experience is always pleasant!

I think Grand Mart needs to have client wishlists and purchase records to help with purchases and client preferences, including employees journal that would be helpful in shopping between the different employees. Service can be a 5☆☆☆☆☆ some days and others a 1☆. Just depends on customer service and knowledge, some of the attitudes. I have been wondering why no discounted items on the monthly, daily or weekly, especially when woman customers spend so much money there. I buy ALOT of hair products, clothed and purses. I'm always referring customers and bringing in people who normally wouldn't go there. Everyone loves the place and they buy and come back often. I was a regular customer for concealers and eyelashes. Last week I came in to buy a few pairs of eyelashes and my usual concealer. Upon opening the box of eyelashes it automatically ripped. I came into the store and asked for an exchange, the cashier went to the back to ask her manager and when she came back all she said was that eyelashes tear all the time and I could not exchange these eyelashes per her manager. I’ve been coming to the store for quite a while and honestly this is the last.
