Grand Illusions

I thought I would give her business a try. I showed her a photo of what I wanted, doesn't look like it at all. First off she "dry" cut my hair. Instead of taking a little bit at a time, she went full force and if it was too short it was too late. Never had anyone do that, always did a little bit at a time to make sure it was going to be what I wanted. She did not have me look down to be sure I didn't have longer hair underneath in the back. Her layering was so uneven and such a mess. I don't think she knows how. It has been about a month out and I am still finding so many uneven pieces, actually this morning I found some that were more than a couple inches longer than all the rest. I think she needs to go back for classes. Would not recommend going there at all, never again. Defi

It was the first time but she did wonderful job But I just told couple things that I need and she did it like the water damp for the hair and then cut it. The only thing though I thought she was asking if she can My daughter will do in the middle of the eyebrows it's the first time for that well then she charged me like 4 bucks OK. But no debit card or credit card just cash or write a check.

Gotta great cut and had money left over! I highly recommend!

I went in for a cut, bleach, color, and style. The color is not consistent through my hair. I went from brown to gray and it looks horrible. There was supposed to be a violet steal in the front. Then I was charged $233. I had a party that I had to get ready for, si I had to go. I'm so disappointed. I wanted to look good for a Christmas party slash 1st date in 2 years and I looked like a fool.
