Snuck off for a solo birthday weekend and decided to book a nice relaxing day for myself. The staff surpassed my expectations and made sure everything was comfortable and perfect. Linda booked my reservation as well as was the attendant floating around cleaning and stocking was WONDERFUL! Very inviting and made sure I knew where everything was. Tim my massage therapist was amazing very therapeutic and relaxing which is exactly what I was looking for. Ginny did a nice custom facial for me, taking time to ask about focus areas and what my routine was now. Guys the stone crop skin care smells amazing and works wonders without smelling feminine. I dont give 5 star often, but this place had their shiii together. They were quiet & relaxing, not intrusive & set a very calming vibe. My only criticism is to turn the spa music down a notch. (It was louder than relaxing should be.) Otherwise, had a great scrub bath & steam room session. ENSURE your legs are not near steam opening!!, or you will get a steam burn!!

Booked a message for 2pm for 60min. Wanted to spend time using the amenities like you would at any spa, but was pretty much chased out the door after. Why would they allow a 2pm message time if the spa closes at 3pm? The therapist was good and young and had recent training and so the overall message was great, spa procedures need some revamping to keep workers and customers happy.

Amazing customer service accompanied by great atmosphere and an exceptional massage therapist. I went to Cassie and she applied the perfect pressure, and made me feel extremely calm and relaxed. I will be a returning customer no doubt! Just wish I lived closer.

We arrived at Grand Casino Hinckley on Friday March 6th for a girls weekend which we’ve done for the last few years. I booked 90 Minute massages in January 21st for 3 of us for Saturday March 7th at 9:30am. I was told we’d have 2 Female and 1 male giving the massages. When we arrived 10 minutes early for our appointments, we were told there wasn’t anything booked for us and they had nothing available that day, however she had 2 avail spots for Sunday afternoon at 3pm. There was no apology for their booking error, she did state we could have a day pass to use the other facilities such as the whirlpool, steam room etc. which we never use and as I stated to the person at the desk “ we made massage appointments that’s why we are here.
