Grand Design Nail Salon & Spa

I genuinely do not understand how this place has positive reviews. My experience was awful from start to finish. The staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly more focused on rushing me out than providing quality service. My gel manicure and pedicure were done carelessly, with zero attention to detail, and the results were unacceptable. What was even more alarming was the lack of basic hygiene. The technician used the same gloves for my pedicure and manicure, then wiped them off and set them aside to reuse. I did not see proper sanitization of the instruments. That is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. This was a dirty, unprofessional experience, and I will absolutely never return. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I’ve been going to grand nail since I was a kid and my mom would take me, I still go till this day I always book my nails with Leo especially for a design. Here are some nails I’ve gotten done.

I absolutely love these nails! I got SNS powder on top of tips. It was $55. The salon is super clean, they’re fast and great prices!! Please book with Andrew, he’s so nice and does a great job.

I always get compliments on my nails whenever I get them done at Grand Design Nail Salon. It's a neighborhood staple. It's relaxing while also being a fun spot to chat with the other patrons. They have so many options for colors and they have tons of options for chrome and cat eye. Andrew did such a great job on these chrome bronze nails. I love the shape and color. They're so reflective that I can use them as a mirror.
