Grand Design Hair Styling

I went for just a haircut, the woman cut my hair so incorrectly. It is uneven, she said id have to pay an extra 20 for shampooing and conditioning after I told her I did it before I came. If you can't cut curly hair, then don't. Removed a tiny braid I had in my hair I told her to leave alone. My hair is uneven is so uneven now because she clearly can't cut curly hair. Upcharged me more because I had curly hair and then said it was very tangled, before even messing with it. Well when she brushed it, it was never tangled so why lie. I wont be going back here, if you can't cut curly hair correctly and then keep heavily insisting I get layers even after I told her I have never had good experiences with layers in my curly hair. 👎
