Always a pleasant experience here by both front desk, hygienists, and the dentists themselves. Explain things well, friendly demeanor, and always do a very nice job. This is a great place to go for a dentist!

Tell you 2 days before appointment that your insurance is no longer acceptable there. What a joke been going there for years. Also. Send bills mail, then you call about multiple times for detailed bill. 4 months later they take care of it!

I went in as a returning patient from awhile ago. Now with Medicare. I went in for exam and X-rays. I set up a couple appointments for some work done. I was given a estimate. I called back after I got home with a question on estimate. I called many times and asked for someone to call me from billing with questions. I received no call back from anyone. I called to cancel my appointments and was asked why canceling and only thing I got was OK. Pretty terrible customer service.

Very helpful and kind. Dr Michelle Graff … you can tell she really cares. Receptionist/front desk people were also very friendly. 5/5 stars. Coming from someone who has quite a bit of anxiety at dentists - they made it a good experience

Been coming to Graf Family Dentistry for the last 4 years or so, and am always incredibly impressed with the care I receive! Both Dr Michelle and Dr Tom are extremely friendly, and all of the hygienists/assistants are exceptional as well!
