Olivia always gives a great cut that lasts and looks good for the entire span of time between visits. She takes the time to listen to any requests I have and she is flawless whether the new cut is my idea or hers. I had such a wonderful experience with Patchouli! She truly took her time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure to address all of my concerns before getting started. I really appreciated how patient, attentive, and accommodating she was throughout the entire appointment. Raul is the best! He always gives you the haircut you need and gives you a thorough explanation on how to care and maintain it. I also loved the hot face towel and cold jade mask with my hair wash. I am not a person who usually pampers myself but I always feel so well taken care of when I get my haircut with Raul. It’s more than a haircut it’s an experience.
