The lady that cut my hair was great. The Manager is really rude.

I love Graciela, and all her staff!! Very helpful, great customer, honest and up front in how light she can color your hair and how many sittings it will take to lighten hair WITHOUT causing damage! She has that "type of hand" that when she cuts your hair it grow longer, faster...myth or old folk tale, BUT IT WORKS with her cutting my hair!!!

I asked for my hair to be cut straight. I left home with my hair what appeared to be straight but my hair was cut in different lengths. I returned a week later to inform them and request a trim. At first I was told they didnt remember nor recognized me making a statement I must of cut my hair elsewhere. After I refreshed their memory, pointed out the obvious length difference they agreed to trim the front part. During all the years I have cut me hair I have never paid as much as $25 for a "straight" hair cut and be left with different lengths. This was my first time utilizing their services. Never again.

I went to get a curly hair perm for me and my little cousin. Let me tell you that this place is the best for it, she worked with both of us at the same time which is really dope because it seems to me as a expert handling our hair. Everything there was good and definitely coming back for my perm.

First time 7months ago I went she did a great job I walked out happy and satisfied.. Went back just the other day for the exact same hair due and walk out with different color patches in my hair left so unsatisfied never again will I go back to this place. The treat was so different this time went.. They just lost a customer for sure...
