Grace's Hair Braiding and Locs Salon

It was my first time going to this salon for starter locs. I left feeling like my locs weren’t done properly. The parts in my hair were not neat or straight. She didn’t put any product on my hair to loc it. The owner wasn’t very inviting and act like she didn’t really want to work. She act like she was irritated with an attitude. I found another salon that retwist my hair better than the original locs. Definitely was a waste of $300.

Just an FYI, I was really disappointed with the outcome of daughter’s hair and the whole process. I find you online and due to your reviews I gave your shop a chance although I thought it was to good to be true. If a customer tells you that they don’t like how they hair came out, it should be fixed or the concern met with understanding and not a back and fourth. I was charged extra for a length that was not received. I don’t like leaving bad reviews so I did a courtesy of reaching out to you first. Blessing. This was sent to the establishment same day. As of Monday June 16, 2025, I still have not heard back. Not to mention the ends are starting to tangle. Poor customer service. Never trust a site with no bad reviews.

What stood out the most was the outstanding customer service. The entire team was professional, courteous, and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and satisfied throughout my visit. The products used were of high quality, and I appreciated the care taken to ensure my hair was treated with the best. I also loved the little extras, like the complimentary beverage and the relaxing head massage during the shampooing process. These thoughtful touches made the experience feel even more special. Overall, I highly recommend Grace hair salon to anyone looking for top-notch hair services. It’s clear that the team takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their clients. I’ll definitely be returning for my future hair care needs. Thank you guys for making me feel fabulous!

Thank you for taking me in and doing my boho braids. Grace is so nice and professional with a lot of knowledge. Store for my Asian thin hair & I love it. I was so worried about pain for pulling my hair, but there was no pain. She was very gentle and fast. Thanks again, and I will be seeing you soon.

Grace is an incredible hairstylist. I have known her for several years, and she is the only person I can recommend. She has fair pricing, and she will go above and beyond to give you exactly what you want. In my opinion she is the best in the city and you won’t be disappointed!
