I walked in today at 5:15pm to inquire about opening for a massage. Immediately she stated that she had a 6pm appointment and that it would be best if I come back next week. She never inquired the type of massage or the timeframe that I was seeking. Mind you they are open until 9pm according to google advertising. When I inquired about the various services the organization provided so that I could schedule an appointment; she rushed me as if she did not have time to answer my questions nor did she offer to book an appointment for next week. As I was walking out a Caucasian older gentleman walked in behind me and asked if they had availability for a 45min massage and handed her a $20 cash bill and she took him to the back immediately. Not sure why I was being discriminated against; observ

Amazing massage place at a very reasonable price! I had a 60 minute massage with Emily and she was incredible. I felt rejuvenated and relaxed. I’d def recommend this place 💆🏻‍♀️ ✨

I just finished my first massage with Emma at Grace Spa San Jose. The interior was clean and tidy and smelled clean and fresh. I was greeted promptly and offered the usual options. The linens were also clean and fresh. Emma asked what intensity level I wanted and continued to check in with me during the massage to ensure it met my needs. Emma hit the right spots with right amount of intensity. She finished off the massage with a very nice head and neck massage. I feel great following the massage and will return for another visit. Recommended !

Mediocre Massage place. You may experience these things: 1. All payments are in advance before massage. 2. Tip is expected in advance too with a choice to pay later. 3. Massage starts late, ends early. 60 mins means 50 mins. 4. Masseuse will keep leaving you now and then to answer phone. 5. Masseuse walks in & out while you change - Expect No Privacy. 6. Appointments are not seriously taken, next customer may come early means your massage will end early. 7. When done, you pay $3.00 extra if not Cash/Check. 8. Tip is demanded by saying it was hard work. 9. 20% tip is not enough, must pay 30% at least. 10. If you refuse to tip, they remember your face for next time. So Beware! Not recommended if you want a stress-free relaxing massage.

I just want to start off by saying two of these reviews are fishy. This place has HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! They start with a $70 message and we left a 20% tip in cash and the lady said that wasn’t enough of a tip and demanded that we tipped more on the credit card. She charged us a $2 fee and added an additional tip charge! This was the most uncomfortable experience because she said that the 20% cash tip wasn’t enough and that was for the first 30 min. I would NEVER recommend coming here and I will never come back! PLEASE don’t be fooled by these other reviews and to top it off the lady asked for us to leave a good review!! STAY AWAY!!!!
