Absolutely fantastic experience at this hair salon! The staff are skilled, friendly, and made sure I left with a stunning new hairstyle. The salon is clean and has a great atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I felt valued and pampered. Will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch hair care.

I've been bringing my son here for 3 years and it's been great, but, this last year they have proven to be very inconsistent. They advertise their hours to be 10-7 but I've showed up during their open times several times and they are closed. Gas prices are too high to allow for these kind of unnecessary trips. The phone number goes to a fax machine. These guys offer a great service when they're actually there.

I went to see lou a couple of times in the past and she did a good job with my hair. I came back and she was very short with me about the hair color i wanted and had let her know, in advance, what I wanted done. I was hesitant to even let her do my hair after she was rude and unprofessional. Then she snapped at my child when he was finding a place to sit. I understand that he needs to be in control when he is in a salon, but he was just "trying out the seat". Then she raised her voice and said "why didnt you bring a tablet". Nobody deserves to be treated less than polite when they are your customer. And NOBODY deserves to have their child spoken to like that.

Sarah was friendly she was very helpful and helped us decide exactly how my daughter and I wanted our hair done she was very quick doing both of hair cut high light and styles somewhat simutaneously we loved her and our hair thankyou
