GQ Barbershop

Booked an appointment online bc there was no other option. Got there a little earlier than appointment. I was fine to wait but a walk in came in shortly after and was taken in right away. After my appointment time came and went I asked if I could just sit with another barber. I was told I would be hit with a cancelation fee if I didn't stay with the original barber. The person who walked in, was done and out the door while I was still waiting. The barber i spoke with said he had a grace period. I don't understand why they couldn't just let me get a haircut with an available barber. I told Tanner to go ahead and charge me the fee and went elsewhere. Seems like a bad business decision. I would have been a return customer had they been more accommodating and understanding. I won't be back...r

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been getting my hair and beard cut by Tanner for about five years now, and I won’t go anywhere else. I recently started going to GQ in Springhill Place, and it’s a great shop—super clean, well-lit, and has a great vibe. I went on a Sunday morning and was surprised they were open; not many barbershops offer that kind of flexibility, and I loved how relaxed it was. As long as Tanner is at GQ, I’ll keep going back. If you’re looking for a quality cut from someone who knows what they’re doing, go see Tanner!

Horrible experience an hour and a half of wait had my son get a fade wasn't good at all not worth the 40$ they charged after the wait I figured you did my son's hair like crap and then tell me your booked for the day ok new guy new owner place went to crap they are more concerned with getting a studio built in back rather than poor service won't go back now that is all it took to make me and my kids to not go there again . 3 teen's and me no longer going back. I'm sure the good reviews you are reading are post from friends of barbershop

Used to be the ZONE! Now under new ownership it’s “GQ”. What an improvement. Newly renovated and it looks great. Super clean and organized. I stopped in for a cut. I was seated immediately. Pete did a fantastic job. Stop snd see for yourself that this new ship is amazing. Everyone is polite, friendly, and professional.
