I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, and I used to really trust their lash extensions. But recently, the quality has dropped a lot. The last two times I got my lashes done, they fell off extremely quickly—one time they were almost all gone within just over a week, and the second time there was even a whole patch that became completely bare in less than two weeks. I reached out to ask if they could help me fix just a small rootless area that would take less than 10 minutes, but they told me I would still need to pay half price, which is over 70 dollar. was honestly very confusing and disappointing given how long I’ve been coming here. Really hope they can improve both the quality and the service policy, because I genuinely liked this place before.
