I leased a studio office here for a couple of years. For my money, it's a way better deal than a coworking space—more elbow room, more control—conveniently located, with a management team that cares about building community and that has its act together operationally. Recommended.

I was a renter here for four years. Leo is the best landlord one could have. They gave us an affordable place to build our e-comm start-up. They made our life so easy, so we could focus on building. I'm truly grateful and highly recommend the building.

Excellent, Perfect place to run a business from. Low rent and great super and staff.

Still in progress creating all the amenities. But great potential.

First time going there it's really wonderful place.
