Gotta Sauna

I have been going to Gotta Sauna for about 2 years. The owner (Cheryl) is so friendly and knowledgeable of the benefits of using the sauna. Personally, I have felt so many changes since I started my sauna journey. 1. My inflammation has been reduced. 2. I used to have problems sleeping but within 2 weeks of sauna I sleep all night. 3. I’ve lost 15 pounds and feel like a new person. I look forward every week to treating my body with Red light sauna.

This experience is amazing. From Cheryl's smiling face greeting you at the door, to the weight lifted off of you feeling as you walk to your car :) I have been struggling for a few years with back pain and anxiety and finally decided to give this a try, because why not. No regrets and completely addicted now. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to feel this great.

The infrared heated pods provide for a relaxing experience. After time in the pod, my body always feels so good! Both the Charleston and Mattoon locations are welcoming and clean. The owner is extremely knowledgeable on the benefits of sauna and pleasantly discusses sauna options for specific needs. It’s well worth the visit and the sauna experience.

Cheryl was amazing! I came in town to visit family, my sister had an appointment and brought me along. Very clean, relaxing atmosphere. The sauna was divine.

Great place! I love love going in for all the benefits of the infrared sauna. I’ve been using the sauna for years and go twice a week unless I am having an issue then I go more often. Not too long ago I twisted my knee so I went 4 times for 2 weeks. I was back to walking normal without pain. It works! I believe it keeps my arthritis under control also. It’s very relaxing and I enjoy my sauna time. The owner is very knowledgeable and answer any questions you may have.
