I encountered a challenging situation with an employee regarding parking. While I understand parking can be tight, clearer signage about parking restrictions and a more considerate approach would enhance their business. Today, I was there briefly (maybe 5 minutes) to pick up my three-year-old while holding my 10-month-old when I was rudely directed not to park in front of their business. I was told to park at the daycare or in an area near an abandoned building. The parking spaces directly in front of the daycare were all full, there is no 'customers only' signage in front of their business and it is a shared lot. The staff was friendly and very helpful from helping me find the perfect hair for my braids to recommending how many packs I would need ! I got 9 bundles of braiding hair for $20 which is a deal ! I definitely will be back

The ladies there are always extremely knowledgeable and friendly!! They have a better color selection in TAPE in extension then other hair supply locations In Albuquerque!!

They were very rude, I simply asked the question about lace bong glue and they went back to go give me a lease for glue that cost $21 for a tiny bottle. obviously I was in shock because I get less glue for at least $10 for great hold and I respectfully told them wow that’s way too much for me and I like well. What do you usually get your lace glue from? I told them online they’re like you should go back online again. Very rude of them when I just walk in there store for the first time.

I took my wife here to buy a wig. It was her first time and she was diagnosed with cancer. The first place we went to was a horrible experience. We came to this place and wow I am so glad we did. They were so amazing here everything about them was so professional, they treated us with so much kindness and respect. My wife says that she will never go anywhere else.
