Every time I come to this nail salon, everyone is nice, skilled, and professional. They keep everything clean, and although one of my favorite techs is the owner, Kim, I trust the other techs just as much when she’s busy. They also offer holiday-themed drinks, which always add to the ambiance and aesthetic. As someone who is picky and has tried multiple nail salons and artists in the Pittsburgh, this will forever be one of my favorites.

Extremely disappointed in the set of nails I received less than a week ago. I have had great experiences coming here and getting this exact service, but after three days of having this set on I had already lost a nail. By today (a week from my appointment) four nails have fallen off. Clearly an issue with how they were applied l, as they have been popping off left and right which is never an issue I’ve experienced.

Samir did a great job on my cat eye set! Went back for a fill and Jen hooked me up with a freestyle. I loved it! Came back an Jen kills it again i had asked for red tips and I love that she’s always down to be creative! Great experience every time.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. Came in with natural nails, no polish looking for a regular manicure. The stylist sanded down my natural nails so much and so roughly that I had terrible rings of fire for a month afterward (pictures attached). I also ended up with an infection on one finger. The polish was applied terribly, filled with bumps and bubbles. Another stylist attempted to fix it, but the attached image was still the finished result. Was excited that they served drinks, but my stylist didn’t ask what I wanted and just brought me a random drink. I do not drink alcohol and absolutely should have asked what was in it, but I never imaged they would give me an alcoholic beverage without asking or checking my ID (I’m 23). I didn’t taste any alcohol so I drank it thinking
