GOSSIP NAILS SPA Bristow VA

I have been going to Gossip Nails for years now for Gel-X and they always do an incredible job with paying attention to detail and making the nails durable for weeks! Definitely my go-to place in the area that never disappoints.

Great place with friendly staff. I come here often for pedicures and usually have a wonderful experience. My only complaint from this visit was that another customer was talking on her phone on speaker at a very loud volume, and no one asked her to turn it off or lower it. Many of us come to get pedicures to relax, and it’s very difficult to unwind when there’s a loud speakerphone conversation happening that the entire salon can hear. I understand she may be a regular and that this may happen often, but I don’t think it’s appropriate in a relaxing environment. I just hope this can be addressed in the future so everyone can fully enjoy their visit.

Just stopped in without an appointment. They were very accommodating! The salon is very clean and puts off a calming atmosphere. Joy was so sweet and did my nails so gently. They are beautiful, just the way I like them. Thank you!

Took a lot to write this review because I don't like leaving negative reviews. But, Jennifer had the nastiest n disgusting attitude on fri n this was not the 1st time. She was nasty & rude to me before n the owner's daughter saw that n asked me to leave my # to have her mom contact me but I declined. On Fri I showed Jen a color on my phn & asked her if she could help me find that color. Her reply was "I don't know, the colors are here" with such disregard n totally ignored me after her comment. I asked to speak with the owner. The owner simply suggested another nail tech. Ok so I went to get my nails done. Tin was extremely slow. It took him over 3 hrs to do a fill-in. He cut the side of my thumb from filling it too much, my natural nails were on fire from him filling my nails too much wi

originally gave this salon five stars two years ago, and it truly deserved it back then. But lately the quality has become very disappointing. I had to do my French tips twice in the same week, and then my chrome nails twice in the same week as well. Both times, the chrome came off the same day. When I went back, the manager even accused me of taking the chrome off myself, which was unprofessional and upsetting.
