I’ve gotten my nails done twice in my life. Both times I had a terrible experience. I wanted to try something new with GelX nails which I couldn’t find anyone that did it. Once I did my research and found the services Gossip Nails provided I went to go check it out. I did a walk in but I feel like it’s better to call them ahead of time. They provided very good customer service and they take their time for perfection. Nimon did my nails and she was soo sweet! She would double check her own work and kept asking me if I wanted to make any changes to my nails. I don’t know much about nails so she was being very patient with me showing me what different colors looked like on my nails. 10/10 experience id love to go there again. It might be a little pricey but good nails comes with a price.

⸻ DO NOT GO. Fox Chapel location near Charley’s and The Dumpling Restaurant. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the worst nail salon experience I’ve had in over 15 years. I clearly explained my gel allergy and requested dip powder with tips. Everything seemed fine at first, but after over an hour, my nails were still unfinished and completely unacceptable—uneven, lumpy, curved downward, and all different shapes, despite asking for a short square. When I pointed this out, the technician didn’t understand the issue. What made this even more concerning is that the front desk employee (not a technician) had to step in, point out the problems, and coach the technician on which drill bits to use and how to fix each nail. I’m obsessed with the way Annie does my nails! Got MD flag nail art last time for an event, and they looked spectacular! Today is a gorgeous burgundy. Annie does such a great job. Perfect every time. Friendly, professional staff, reasonable prices, and super clean. Highly recommend!
