Gordon Nails

I spent 85$ and tipped 5$ for supposedly gel full set, gel pedicure, and eyebrows. I thought I was going to get a gel pedicure but I realized when we got to the polish on my pedicure that it was going to be a normal pedicure. I didn’t realize how sloppy my toes where until I left and my full set was great until I noticed the bubbles in it as well. These pictures are all from a few minutes ago. I got this all done 24 hours ago. I don’t think my polish should already be scraped and scratched off. I’m very disappointed with Gordon nails and I usually always come here 😩😩🥹 I’m going to the beach in the morning so I don’t really have time to fix it!

STAY AWAY , if you do go WATCH very closely and make yourself VERY clear. Pictures attached shows quality of nail RIGHT AFTER leaving salon. (Like I legit was still in the plot infront of the business when I took the picture) * Upon entering the salon I wasn't greeted, just stared at. Lady didn't even speak she just pointed the direction she wanted me to go. * I asked for stilleto nails, as you can see the nails are barely that. The gentleman who did my nails was nice but definitely needs more training. * I wanted gell polish on feet and hands, however, this was lost in translation and regular polish was done on my feet. (I noticed the different bottle that was being used and I asked the lady doing my feet why she was using it and she said 'o this is for bottom coat') I pointed to the gel

Man cut my meat on my toe nails did not apologize and when I say it was bleeding 🩸 then took alcohol and put on it no stuff in the water to soak my feet 1st time Last time ladies please don’t go to him he did a terrible job on my feet he should be fired

Customer service was absolutely terrible. The lady that was doing my nails was doing what she wanted to do instead of what I was asking. Got an attitude and told me I don’t need to add fake nail, but still being charged for it smh never again. Also the polish was messy and she said she’s been doing for 25 years. So In 25 years she still can’t polish correctly.

Nothing special, just the bare minimal. The older guy that does the pedicures literally does the basic pedicure. There are no options or packages just the basic 20 minute pedicure. He is not attentive or put and extra care into his work. The lady doing my gel nails took a call while doing my nails and was still on the call as I was paying. 🤷🏾‍♀️
