I walked in sat down got noticed and asked if appointment or walking in let them know I called in for appointment and waited. They have tvs you can watch every direction and very chill atmosphere around the shop.

My fiancé has been going to Alex for years and now he cuts our son too.

They don't want children here. The guy on the phone was rude, he didn't even sound like he wanted to be answering the phone at all. I asked if they take walk-ins for kids or if I should make an appointment. He said he'll see, hold on. He came back and asked how old my son is I said 7 and I prefer someone who's good with kids since my son moves a lot due to a condition and he said "he moves a lot? Nah, you should go somewhere else, 7 is way too old to be moving at all for a haircut, call someone down the street" That was crazy. So with that said, don't bring your kids here unless they're statues.

Called in for my first appointment same day just a few hours out. Alex answered and got me an appointment with him. Super chill environment. Very talented as mine and everyone else's cuts were done extremely well. Will be returning regularly.

Called to schedule an appointment and all Alex said was I’m booked out for the day this is the 3 time in a row that this has happened every time I have called or asked and he didn’t even bother to try and schedule me for a different day that he wasn’t booked out on he just left me hanging. They do good work when your able to be seen but getting an appointment is more of a hassle then actually getting your hair cut. The sign say walk-ins welcome but you wait almost and hour for service, but someone they KNOW PERSONALLY can walk up and get their hair cut without an appointment and without waiting which is not professional and is unfair so I’m done trying to get haircuts from here. There are better places to get a hair cut and for less $ and wait time and a more professional environment, tha
