Good Job Braid Shop

I love the work they do, but what I don't like is the way they talk about their customers in their own language as if we don't know that they talking about us. The same thing with the nail shops they are the same way. They know that if they speak in English there will be a problem in their shops. That's why they talk about customers in their own language.

If the thin lady don't braid your hair don't get it done. I had someone braid my hair and my own hair is coming out of the braids. The lady has started to do my hair over but who wants to sit and get there hair braided two days in row. Painful and time consuming.

I made an appointment a few days ago for today and they called me today saying no one can do my hair today. The person that was supposed to do my hair was sick and I can come tomorrow. I Said no I can't come tomorrow 😩 I need my hair done today. that never happened to me before and I've been going to this braid shop for yrs that was so unprofessional.

Did not get my hair braided like the picture on wall that I showed the lady, nor the color I chose, then she had nerves to get smart with me,, I will never go there again.....#Rude and #Unprofessional

Great, great job! I've been going to this braid shop for over 10 years and they are fantastic!
