Absolute worst haircut I’ve ever received! Asked for a trim on the top about 3-4 inches. I can’t even begin to describe how poor this haircut looks! Would not recommend!

I went into this place looking for a new barbershop, as I love the feel of that old school shops with coffee and conversations and to get a good high and tight haircut, but was quickly dismissed by the owner ( old man) bc I am a woman. I was told a barbershop is for men only and that I needed to go see a stylist not a barber and he doesn’t cut women’s hair. I asked for a high and tight ( men’s military cut) he said no and that if he cut mine he would have people like me lined up out the door, and walked away. I have never in my life of going to a barber shop been treated as such. I miss my shop back home which is that old school, old men drinking coffee and talking about the good old days and I was hoping I had found that with this place, but I was wrong. I've been going here for 20 years. Throughout all my travels in life, no one has ever cut my hair as good as he does. The fastest trim in the history of trims. This is my spot! I'll be there at 9 am today too!

Mrs. Rhonda cuts my son's hair. He is on the autism spectrum but she is so good with him and he loves going to her. It is easy to text for appointments and she has us in and out every single time. My boyfriend has started going to her husband to get his hair cut and absolutely loves it here also! Thank you Gonyea's for your service! I highly recommend them! I will definitely not go anywhere else!
