Michelle was my service provider today and she was fantastic. She made the whole experience fabulous. Waxing hurts, it hurts less with Michelle. Her technique was superb. This location is super convenient, pricing was very competitive, and Michelle is very good at what she does!

This was my first Brazilian wax, ever! Joann really took her time and explained the process and what I could do to make it hurt less on the really tender areas. She made me feel very comfortable, which is not easy to do in this situation! She left me completely smooth in the Brazilian areas.
