Golden Tree Nails & Spa

I have been a customer at Golden Tree nails for many years. Their service is excellent. Danica and Jerry are very professional and have always made me feel welcome. They have on multiple occasions tried their best to accommodate me for last minute appointments or even at times, last minute cancellations. They are professional and hold you to appointments times as they stay very busy as they are one of the best in area. Their facility is very clean and relaxing. I highly recommend their business and their services

Got my nails done there tonight and my eyebrows my nails are beautiful. He takes time. They’re absolutely perfect. I only gave three stars because the girl who did my eyebrows was very sweet, but she literally took off half of my eyebrow and got wax in my hair and instead of telling me cut it out. So I have uneven eyebrows and a very small Chunk of hair missing. The manager called and talked to me and also gave me brow waxing by her and she did a beautiful job . I have to say Very very professional and understanding.

I came here for the first time yesterday and I must say my experience wasn’t amazing at first. I was there for 3 1/2 hours and my nails were not great! They were thick and square and I actually hated them. I called them and asked them to please fix my nails because they were not the shape I wanted and the thickness was too thick and they got me in as soon as possible with homecoming weekend being this weekend. I absolutely love my nails now!!! They fixed everything, they apologized, they made it right without me feeling like it was an inconvenience for them. I truly appreciate Jerry for working so hard on my nails and Danica for doing my design. These are my wedding nails so they’re going to be in a lot of “forever” pictures! Thank you so much!!!!!

I decided last minute that I wanted a manicure and pedicure the day before my son's wedding. I called Saturday morning and was able to get an appointment for that afternoon. Cici did a great job on my nails (hands and toes) and over a week later they still look amazing. (I did get gel on my hands because I am hard on my nails.) It was a lovely experience and I would gladly go back again!

Had the best experience always do when I come in. Jerry did amazing on my nails this time and I’m in love with them
