I never post a bad review and I'm very sorry to say this - BUT this was the worst manicure i ever had in my life ... 1.The young woman working on me did not speak english and did not understand my needs. 2.There is still a COVID plastic partition between customer and manicurist so it was very impersonal. 3. I needed a quick easy (quick drying) manicure. but somehow they only had regular nail polish (no Dazzle Dry which is the best out there currently for quick drying) so i picked an OPI color, but the girl at the desk who spoke English said they can put a fast drying top coat. 4. But - something went very wrong when it was applied and i can't understand what/why ... Was the OPI too thick? Did adding drying oil at the end do something? Whatever happened i was left with bumps and bubbles a

If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this salon specifically for nail extensions. The technician applied several extensions so poorly—crooked and misaligned—that she had to remove and redo four of them. In the process, she over-filed not only my natural nails but also the skin around them, leaving visible scarring. My fingers are now sore and aching as a result of the careless handling. Despite requesting extensions, the final result was even shorter than my natural nails—completely defeating the purpose of the service. When I brought my concerns to the manager at the end of the appointment, she looked at me with clear irritation, rolled her eyes, and said “I don’t care” before dismissively adding, “Anything else?” This level of negligence, disrespect, and lack of accountabilit

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE! This place is awful, absolutely terrible. The owner is a not a very nice person and they grossly overcharge you. $100 for a gel manicure???? One of the girl who works there was telling me that the employees are underpaid and that the owner takes advantage of them.

A Disastrous Experience at This Salon I recently visited this salon on a Thursday and was excited to get my nails done. Initially, I was impressed with the service. However, my experience took a drastic turn for the worse just a few days later. Unfortunately, my experience was a disaster from start to finish. The acrylic nails started lifting just two days after application, and by Saturday, one of the nails had broken off. When I returned to the salon on Monday, the staff seemed unconcerned about the issue. They asked me to take photos and told me to come back on Friday to get them fixed. The "fix" I received on Friday was even more appalling. The same technician who did my nails initially was assigned to fix the problem. I was going here every 3 weeks year-round--- have always been on time, pleasant, and tip well-- and the salon just cancelled my appointments two weeks in a row. You'd think they'd try a little harder to squeeze you in and you'd get better customer service as a regular customer. I'm definitely going to find somewhere else to do my nails. Disappointing, because their nail technician Mercy was awesome and did great dip nails...it sounds like she is no longer there.
