Happened to walk by this place and got in for 60 min massage. I have fibromyalgia and am somewhat of a connoisseur of massages given how frequently I’ve needed them in my life. THIS MASSAGE WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! The masseur (mature male) found all my spots and thoroughly worked his magic. I didn’t want the massage to end. I could feel the tension, stiffness, pain and fatigue easing and he went so deep, to places most massage therapists don’t remotely reach. He suggested I extend as he still had much of my body left to treat. I was extremely knotted and tense. He had his work cut out for him. I feel completely transformed. And I can feel a flow of healthy qj running through me. Thank you so much for an incredibly healing treatment. I’m in NYC on a work trip but if I were local, I would g

Comedy! 😂 The massage was fine. It was $70, and I went to tip $10, and the guy GAVE MY $10 BILL BACK, and told me to tip $20!! I laughed, then I realized he was deadass trying to argue with me. These folks are kind of wild. 🤣 I honestly wouldn’t go back, just because that type of interaction is not worth it. I got myself out the door before finding out how far he would be willing to take it.

The 50-minute foot massage itself was great, and I genuinely enjoyed the service while it lasted. However, the experience afterward completely ruined it. The massage was listed as $49 cash. I gave $60, received $11 in change, and then handed $7 as a tip. I was told that wasn’t acceptable and that I had to leave a 20% tip. I found this uncomfortable and unprofessional. If a mandatory amount is expected, it should be clearly stated upfront or included in the price. To avoid an argument, I paid the 20% tip anyway. Immediately after receiving the money, the staff member rolled her eyes, grabbed her coat, and walked out of the store. Unfortunately, that interaction overshadowed what started as a good massage. Because of how this was handled, I won’t be returning.

My mom and I both had 60-minute foot massages. We called ahead, and the staff happily accommodated us for same-day afternoon appointments. While the pressure was a bit too much for my mother’s liking, my primary issue (I’m still unhappy about this) occurred as we checked out. We asked for smaller bills in exchange for a $20, and the staff member practically held our $20 hostage—trying to dictate how much he and the other masseuse should keep as a cash tip. Ridiculous. When the cash was eventually given back to us, we were told our tip was too low. I supplemented the rest of the tip, but if I’m being honest, I really just want a refund now. I love supporting small businesses, but I’ve never experienced a small business where I was seen “less than” for a specified tip amount. Disgusting beha

Cut my massage short and charged full price. I used to come here all the time. Sad this happened. I used a stop watch to time the massage because I wanted to do equal time on both sides that’s how I caught it. Sad
